Steps: recruitment profiling

- We will profile the ability and personality profile required for this job and match any or all of your candidates against the profile.
- We will provide a written report about each candidate and discuss the results with you. We will objectively and tangibly support your decision making process.
- We also provide a copy of the report to candidates to assist them individually in their career development.
