We draw on a range of tests from several leading test publishers - to suit the needs of employers and managers. Our occupational counsellors are highly qualified and experienced professionals who are registered with the British Psychological Society – the steering group on test standards.

  • Contact one of our team to arrange a meeting to discuss your staff development needs.
  • We will profile each staff member you are reviewing for training and or development.
  • We will provide a written report about each staff member and discuss the results with you. We will objectively and tangibly support your decision making process.
  • We also provide a copy of the report to staff members to assist them individually in their job development. Any edits required to the report(s) are discussed and agreed first 

Fees for this module are £300 per candidate, savings in getting the best development map for each employee are incalculable.
