Steps: team and leadership
- Contact one of our consultants to arrange a meeting to discuss your team and leadership development needs.
- We will psychometrically profile each team member and manager you are reviewing for development or other purpose.
- We will provide a written report about each member and overall team fit and discuss the results with you. We will objectively and tangibly support your team and leadership development process while observing confidentiality protocol.
- We also provide a copy of the report to each participant to assist them individually with their development.
