Profiling analysis and feedback is undertaken by highly qualified occupational specialists who are registered with the British Psychological Society.

BfP strive to offer an excellent career and workplace counselling service demonstrated by our commitment to the Matrix quality standard in guidance – a standard we have achieved continuously since its introduction by the Guidance Accreditation Board. Our occupational counsellors are professionally qualified in career and work-place counselling and additionally have relevant specialisms: e.g. psychometric testing, training, career and life coaching.

Business for People is a not for profit community enterprise – limited by guarantee, delivering a quality, ethically priced service. Any profits are re-invested to make the service accessible to individuals who are disadvantaged from learning and work by health, disability or other difficulty and who are motivated to develop their potential (see funded support above).
