Director and Occupational Counsellor

Margo has an MA in adult guidance and counselling and is a professional member of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association. She has worked in the career and workforce development field since 1989. She founded Business for People in 1997 and has particular specialisms in occupational counselling and psychometric profiling. Margo is a registered psychometric assessor with the British Psychological Society and with a range of test publishers.
 

Heather Taplin, Adv. Dip; Cert. Ed.
Occupational Counsellor and Trainer

Heather is a qualified career counsellor and tutor with 15 years experience helping individuals to access learning and employment. Prior to this she was a teacher and tutor, initially in educational settings and later in the community. Heather has a specialism working with individuals facing barriers to learning and work and has an ongoing approach to education and learning.

Occupational Counsellor and Life Coach

Mel is a professional member and qualified coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management. He has a background in career counselling and workforce development and has particular specialisms in staff retention, career and work-place coaching. Before working in the career and staff development field Mel ran an executive recruitment bureau and is skilled in helping individuals access or re-enter the employment market.
