bulletpointCareer change

There are all kinds of reasons why individuals find it is time for a career change:- boredom with the same routine; feeling like a square peg; stress or health issues; returning to the labour market after a break – to name just a few. Whatever the reason, having the confidence to make a change of direction and a clear and cohesive career map is vital.

At Business for People we take a scientific approach to help you to get it right. The initial stage in the career change process is a profiling day where we use leading edge psychometric assessments to identify your natural underlying job talents, personality type, transferable skills and your interests and values.

Research has shown making a career change based on your natural talents, values and interests will increase your confidence, job satisfaction, life enjoyment and career success. Once a career decision has been made we help you to map your way forward from where you are now to where you want to be – and we can also help you to initiate your plan. For help with job search support see programmes.
