This module is for individuals who would like help to step back from their current employment role and to look at their career path holistically and objectively and gain some help to map their career path long term.

You may be really happy in your current job or you may be experiencing a sense of under achievement or a lack of job satisfaction. Individuals who undertake this module essentially want to take a long-term view to establish their career path and goals.

The first stage in this module is a profiling day where we use leading edge psychometric assessments to understand your ability potential, your personality and leadership styles, your values and motivators. We can then help you to map the way forward objectively and confidently.

You may be considering progression within the company you are with, or within another sector, or developing your skill-set, or perhaps starting your own business or addressing your work-life balance. It may be you want to do something in or extra to work to bring an added dimension into your life. Whatever the need we are happy to discuss your situation to see if we can be of help.
