The Morrisby Profile (MP50)

The Morrisby Profile is one of the most comprehensive and scientifically robust assessment systems in use today. The Morrisby identifies natural underlying aptitudes and overall strengths and potential, it is used extensively in commerce and by individuals. Organizations use the Profile as as part of their development and recruitment programs. It is an ideal career guidance and professional development tool for individuals wanting to make the best career decisions.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The MBTI has many applications including:

The 360° Appraisal Manager

360° appraisal manager is an online assessment system designed to facilitate self-awareness with the goal of promoting personal and team development. The feedback compares self ratings to ratings from other participants - usually other team members. It is best used as part of a team building process where all members participate. A selection is made from 9 broad competency areas that are key to individual and organisational performance. The competency groups include:- Integrity; Interpersonal Skills; Planning and Organizing; Creativity; Resilience; Quality Orientation; Logical and Analytical; Communication, Energy and Drive. The feedback is handled confidentially and sensitively to help support individual and team development in a positive and constructive way.

 

 

 

 

 

Online Assessment

Assessments are available in a variety of ways including several on-line i.e. the MBTI lifetype, the 15FQ+ and 360° Appraisal Manager, these questionnaires are also available as part of a profile day as detailed below or standalone, please telephone or e-mail for more information or for set-up details.

Profile Days for Career Change or Choice

Profile days consist of the Morrisby Profile (career aptitudes), the MBTI (Personality Lifetype) and the CPID (vocational interests questionnaire). Together with career counselling these assessments give excellent insights into making the best career decisions or moves. 

Profile days are available in Peterborough, Cambridge and London. The day commences at 9.30 a.m and finishes around 4.30p.m. Candidates receive detailed reports of the results and are then invited back for an in-depth career counselling session although this can be conducted by phone if preferred. Candidates additionally receive a phone call approximately two weeks later. 

A Profile Day costs just £450.00 and includes the follow-up work. Please contact us for information or an appointment.

Profile and Away Days for Staff Development

Profile days for staff development purposes are tailored to the needs of the organisation, management and participants. Except for annual away days they are generally conducted on-site but can be arranged at an alternative venue. Away days can be hosted in a variety of venues to suit your budget.
